Strawberry Blondes

Billy really liked these ones:

Strawberry Blondes

Sliced almonds                                    7 oz

Triple sec                                            1 oz

Sugar                                                   1 oz

Cornflakes                                           3 oz

Dried, chopped strawberries              7 oz

Dehydrated strawberry powder          ½ oz

Tempered white chocolate                  35 oz

Dehydrated strawberry powder          ½ oz

 

-Moisten the almonds with the triple sec, toss with the sugar, spread on a pan and toast in oven

-Allow nuts to cool to room temp

-Mix almonds with cereal, dried strawberries, and ½ oz of the strawberry powder. Separate the strawberries if necessary

-Mix the remaining ½ oz strawberry powder with the white chocolate

-Working with a little of the mix at a time coat the mix with the strawberry chocolate and drop in small spoonfuls onto parchment paper

-Set then store
