My Favorite Dessert Recipes!

Everything from pie, cake, candies, cobblers, etc. Pretty much anything with sugar that I love can be found here!

Lets start with a pie that has been in my family since I can remember, love this pie!

Peanut Butter Pie

            Pie Crust: Microwave or melt over low heat

                        3 cups marshmallows (36 large)

                        ½ cup peanut butter

                        ¼ cup butter

                                    Form mixture into the bottom of a pie pan

            Filling: Mix together

                        4 oz. cream cheese

                        ¾ cup powdered sugar

                        ½ cup peanut butter (creamy is best but not required)

                        Then blend in: 8 oz cool whip

                                    Poor in pie pan with the crust in it

            Topping: Melt over low heat, DO NOT use microwave

                        ½ cup chocolate chips

                        2 Tbs butter

                        1 Tbs milk

                        ¼ cup powdered sugar

Either drizzle over entire pie or poor in the middle and smooth out towards the edges.
