October 2008 – Chicago Theme

Here are pictures from the Chicago party my aunt designed. We had Cheesecake, Pizza, Popcorn & Hot Dogs. I recruited my husband to help me make Hot Dogs and boy am I glad we did because there were so many people to serve, over 100 and all of them wanted at least one hot dog.

At the back of the room we had checker boards sort of like the chess boards in the park. We had Chicago music playing in the background with a Live concert on the TV at the other end of the room. Thanks to my uncle’s brother we had a lot great props, everything Vienne Beef from Bandimere Speedway where he works. He was very generous and helping us with this party. Hense the need for my truck! This was technically a non-paying job but it was a lot of work and a lot of fun!
