Pictures are More Fun!

I am sure the journals are a bit boring so I thought I would share the pictures from the last couple weeks of my baking and pastry classes. A lot of learning the past couple weeks but I love what I have created. I now understand why people say “culinary arts” plating food is an art and plating desserts is a ton of fun and the options are endless. Here are some of what I have created recently.
